I was born in Toronto, lived in Calgary before moving to Saudi Arabia where I was gently pulled from dressmaking into the world of quilt making and I was hooked. I am a traditional quilter with a modern look. The quality of my work is in the precision aspects of piecing quilts. Since 2005 I have spent the bulk of my summers at Chandos Lake at Apsley. The first year brought the creation of the North Kawartha Quilt Guild where I teach an ever growing group of women the skills and joys of quilting. I have also participated in the Apsley Autumn Studio Tour. Now relocated to Cobourg, I look forward to my first Northumberland Studio Tour experience.
