This year’s Northumberland Hills Studio Tour will take place September 8 & 9, 2018.
Just an hour east of Toronto, some of Northumberland County’s most talented Artists open their studios for you to explore. Our participating Artists are tucked away in historic towns such as Port Hope and Cobourg and throughout the beautiful Northumberland Hills.
It may be hard to visit all of the locations, although many try. Use this website to get the most out of your tour. Samples of each Artist’s work along with maps and directions to their studios are included. If you need additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Our Mission Statement
The Northumberland Hills Studio Tour is designed to showcase, promote and support innovative and creative artists in our communities by opening up their homes, studios and galleries for the benefit of sharing their talents to visitors from our communities and abroad. In addition to viewing the outstanding art, it also provides an opportunity to travel and explore the hills, valleys and towns of our beautiful region.
Sep 26, 1943 – Dec 26, 2016
Vikki Forsyth established the Northumberland Hills Studio Tour back in 1996 and kept us organized and running for 17 years before handing over the reins in 2014 to a few brave souls. She gave artists a voice and the general public insight into our our way of creating art in all its forms. Thank you dear friend.
